Record a HLS stream

You can download and package a HLS stream into a single ISOBMFF file. As long as the HLS stream is publicly accessible, you can put the URL of the M3U8 file and the ISOBMFF file will be generated. For live streams, the tool will download the stream for a maximum of 5 minutes.
